Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Process

We will start the hood cleaning process by removing the filters. Depending on time constraints we may soak the filters instead of pressure washing them. We will wrap your hood to ensure there are no leaks. We cover all kitchen cooking equipment under the hood with plastic as well. Once the hood is wrapped, we will do the exhaust fans first working our way inside to the hood. Finally, we will pressure wash the hood ensuring we follow all NFPA Code 96 requirements.
