What To Expect
We will provide a free site visit
We will meet with the restaurant owner or manager. We will discuss the individual needs of each restaurant. We will obtain basic contact information from the individual in charge. We will do a full inspection of the hood, filters, and walk the roof to inspect the exhaust fans.
The estimate and scheduling the service date
We will email an estimate to the restaurant owner or manager. We will provided certificates of insurance and training upon request. We will schedule the cleaning around the restaurants business needs.
What to expect the day of service
We will clean the hood to NFPA 96 Standards. Hood filters and grease trays will be put back into place. New hood stickers will be placed on each unit. A service report will be emailed or delivered to the restaurant owner or manager. Depending on local jurisdictions a service report may also need to be delivered to the fire marshal.
